Changing Sleep delay

[Android Central Question]

I have a Huawei P9 Lite and my son has exactly the same phone if I go to settings,Display and Sleep I can change it to 10 min but on my sons phone you go to settings,Display exactly the same but the sleep is dull so you can't go into it and it is set at 30 sec which is very frustrating,how do you sort that out? I don't know If there is another setting that needs to be changed.
