Shooting videos and photos on my Samsung

I have a Samsung j7 and I would like to know the best way to produce short videos and takes photos that I could directly download to Facebook or any other social media without having to resize it how do I do this? I look forward to your teachings!

There's no resizing needed anymore for most platforms (except Instagram, and even there you can now use landscape again). Just take your video/pictures as usual, and either upload from the social media app of your choice or when viewing the picture/video, select the SHARE menu and select the social network of your choice. Most of the time the files will be recompressed for each platform anyway, but it's done automatically by each service.
