Why do I keep getting mip 65 on my phone this keeps happening everywhere I go

When I miss a call I tried to call them back and it says I can't try to send a text message and text message sometimes goes through and sometimes it won't I can't text and send a picture because it won't allow pictures to go through all the time very disappointed in the service I receive

That's probably mostly due to the carrier you chose. That should be the first thing you decide, which carrier gives you the best service in the areas you need service. Most people decide by name, by price or by which carrier carries the phone they want, which are the worst ways of choosing a carrier.
