Until I downloaded a software update yesterday, I could have one or more emails or texts open on my phone at once, with several of them minimised. Now, if (for example) I have the inbox open and I then open an email, then only the latest of the two will be open. Previously, they would both have been open. How do I rectify this?

What device? What software update? What apps are you using for email and text? How were you opening the messages previously?

Without the above information - we can only guess...

Thanks. I am the person who asked the question above. The device is a Samsung Galaxy A5 smartphone. The software update is one that my phone asked me to download on 22 April 2018. The text message app is the standard one that came ready-loaded on the phone and is simply called Messages. It says Version 4.1.52.95. The Email app is just called Email, says it was downloaded from Google Play Store and is Version 4.2.66.2. Any thoughts?
