Android Central Question

I am trying to play a rhythm game on my phone and the black bars for some reason still accept touch and when I am playing it messes me up. Is there a way I could somehow make it not accept touch without going to into full screen?

If you have a Samsung phone you can set up an area of the phone that will block interaction from the Accessibility settings (Accessibility, Dexterity and Interaction, Interaction Control). BUT that only lets you block one area of the screen (and since you have bars on both sides, that wouldn't work for both areas), and it also blocks hard keys and keyboard when active.

Also, if you have a Samsung, you can also use Game Launcher, which provides more options while playing a game to block edge touches, block alerts, etc. That might also help.
