How can I recover or restore or redownload my deleted Google play store app??

Neither my mobile is rooted nor it isn't Google recognized still my play store app has been vanished from the app store.i just disabled or perhaps forcibly stopped it's working.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If it came with the Play Store preinstalled, then you can't accidentally uninstall it unless the phone is rooted. If you open your App Drawer, you don't see the Play Store there? What about in Settings>Apps​ (then tapping Menu>Show System)?
