Hi all,
My s7 needed an update on Tuesday which I scheduled for overnight (not sure which update it was)
On Wednesday morning, the phone had still not completed the update.
It continually flashes the Samsung logo, then says optimising apps, then installing apps before going black. It then goes back to the flashing samsung logo.
It has been like this for 24 hrs and despite getting it into safe mode it has still not started.
I have also tried a forced reboot, booting in recovery mode (android robot with "no command" appears).
I have also accessed the recovery screen where I have tried to reboot & clear the cache, both of which failed.
I have now exhausted the depth of my knowledge with 5he assistance of the Internet.
