I can receive pics but cant send

I can received pics videos but when going to send in bulk it showing blank screen for long time n then whats up not responding msg coming, n close it ....i using sd card reinstall the whats up but still same problem...

There's a size limit. It depends on your carrier, but it's normally too small for any decent length video. It's definitely too small for bulk-sending videos. If they're under 25MB, use email, otherwise post them on a file-sharing site and text or email the download URL.
