why is my battery draining so fast in galaxy s3 mini?

it drains so fast.i had a round 95% at 8 am but by around 9:30am without using it it was 85.When i reply to a message or take a call and see it would have been reduced by 4%.also i use a different charger for charging it does it affect it

No, a different charger is okay, as long as the right spec.
