Where is any kind of manual or actual support?

I downloaded Aware MyBackup for my Android phone because a friend who is an IT professional recommended it. I am computer literate but this app was difficult to understand especially where everything is saved. I could not find any manual online etc and any messages were completely ignored. I just deleted the app from my phone in frustration and doubt I will ever download it again. Just putting an app out there without any usage detail, for me, is completely useless. RL at DSD

Try Backing up an Android Device. I tried to include everything, and make it as simple as possible - but if there's something I missed, I'm here all the time to answer questions (and add to the post).

Backing up is actually trivial, even if you don't use TWRP. (If you do, a minute of your time, and 15-30 minutes of your phonne's and computer's time, and you're backed up.)
