    I have a galaxy s6 sm-g920t and i got myself locked out. smasung told me the that a factory reset was my only option but I know that cant be true lol Please help!

    If it were any easier than that, anyone could steal your phone and use it. How safe would that make you feel?

    Do you have a Samsung account on the device? If so, you may be able to log in to http://account.samsung.com and use features there to reset your device authentication settings.
