Samsung J3 touch wis has stopped working

My phone won’t let me click on anything without ‘touch wiz has stopped working’ coming up I can’t use the phone as it crashes every time I try and click on something, I have looked at all the forums and nothing has worked, I have restarted it, soft reset it, took the battery out, cleared all the RAM, cleared all the caches including the touch wiz cache which I had to do through safe mode, and nothing has worked, any ideas ?

Welcome to Android Central! First, does the problem happen in Safe Mode?

Second, did you only clear app caches, or did you also try clearing the system cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34505
