My S8 has wifi on and data icon flashing every 4 seconds, battery drain

My S8 has wifi on and data icon flashing every 4 seconds, try factory reset and its the same, what could be happening? I notice some battery drain, I put my sim card on my old phone and its working fine, is something wrong with the s8? someone who has o had that problem has any idea
