What does message not sent on my Android phone Motorola content mean

When sending a text a group text I get this message not sent unsupported content it won't get my message go how to fix it

Which phone, which messaging app, which service provider?

Do the messages consist of text only, or have you attached pictures or other multimedia content?

Does your mobile service account include multimedia messages? Do you have any problems accessing the internet from within other apps or using a web browser?

Does this happen with only certain contacts, or does it happen every time you try to send a group message?
