heulim back up saying invalid backup file

I’m trying to back up a game data 4 pic one word I keep getting this invalid backup file I do online and unplug from the computer.
But it also dose not pick up my sdcard so I can’t backup to that

Helium was written by ClockworkMod - which no longer exists. It hasn't been updated in a year and a half, which means that it's not going to work on Oreo and it probably won't work on Nougat (I never tried it back then). So you're going to have to use something like Titanium Backup (and root your phone) or TWRP (which isn't selective - it backs up all your apps and data).

Thanks but I have no idea how to I’m trying to transfer from Samsung s7 to s9 I don’t want to root my phone and loose my warranty. Can it be un rooted once done. Helium works for some apps ?
