Cannot select OK/enter on lock screen

[Android Central Question]

I cannot select OK/enter on the lock screen or in the settings so I cannot change it.

Earlier I added another Google account to Gmail, it did not allow me to uncheck the box "select ok after entering password".

How can I fix this? I have already tried disabling Gmail.
