Error

[Android Central Question]

I tried to open some apps like WhatsApp and the Browser and the error message popped up. What I get is the error message, net::ERROR_TIMED_OUT. What do I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does the message show up in its own window, or is it in a browser webpage? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?
