Android Central Question
Hi,
I have purchased a new HTC Desire 10 Pro running Android 6.0 (no updates required) and I am connecting my Windows 10 PC to the hotspot for internet access. For some unknown reason, the PC loses internet access periodically while connected to the hotspot. It definitely seems to be the fault of the phone because:
1. This never happened on the previous phone, it started happening as soon as I bought the new phone and installed the SIM in it.
2. When I try the same sim in a spare phone, it never drops out, so it's not the SIM/phone carrier or PC.
3. I also tried a different USB WiFi adapter in my PC and it still fails, so not the PC.
Any suggestions as to what I should do?
