Allowing my wife to call from my mobile through an android application

Suppose my wife mobile balance in zero and she asks me to call her mother from my mobile, i dial number for her. I want to know if there is any android application to be installed in her and my mobile, so that whenever she want call anyone she dial through that application and the applicable actually dials through my mobile but she talks on her mobile without disturbing me at all.

Any VNC server on your phone, VNC client on her phone will allow her access to your phone - all of it (as long as you're running the server).
