Android Central Question

I have an unlocked Moto E4 Plus 32 gb model. It doesn't happen everytime but I've been experiencing some issues with the stock camera. I'll go to record a video and it will say "unable to capture media" and won't record. When I removed the then memory card it looked like it was corrupt (videos would freeze on phone while the sound continued) and I couldn't transfer them from card to pc. So I got a new card (128 gb SanDisk Ultra Plus). Any suggestions to whats going on? Thanks :)

You said it - the card was corrupt. There are many counterfeit cards out there, even with perfect packaging. You buy a "128GB" card, but it's a 4GB card programmed to say it's a 128GB card. (There's a whole computer in that little card.) But as soon as you write the 1,073,741,825th byte, the card corrupts. (4GB is 1,073,741,824 bytes.)

With SanDisk, if something goes wrong, you go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support, to Live Chat, and talk to someone about it. They stand behind their products.
