My Sony Bluetooth headphones are paired, but plays songs, etc on my phone?

So this is happening since yesterday, that my headphones when paired started to play sound on my phone, not headphones. It is fully paired and i can even interact with the music playing on my phone with the headphone buttons. I am very worried and I have stuff to do, but really need the headphones to work, any clues or solutions?

1) Go to bluetooth settings and open the settings for your headphones. Make sure Play Media Audio (or something similar is checked)

2) In your music player, check if there is an option to Play Audio via Bluetooth Device
