I have Motorola G2, Android 4.4.4. When I turn on GPS, an "improve location accuracy" prompt appears. I ACCEPT to set high accuracy mode. But when I turn off GPS and turn it on again, the same prompt appears. The system seems to be reverting to Device Only and doesn't remember that I chose to set High Accuracy.
I tried deleting Google Play Services caché but it didn't work.
Any idea to leave the High Accuracy fixed?

Welcome to Android Central! When it asks you to improve location accuracy, see what happens if you decline it, then go to the Settings>Location menu. Does it show that it's set to Device Only, or High Accuracy? It could still be defaulting to High Accuracy, but the Improve Location Accuracy prompt might be to turn on Wi-fi and Bluetooth Scanning (which can drain battery further, and in my experience doesn't really add much to accuracy).
