USB drives does not start automatically when are inserted in Samsung Galaxy J5.

First time my Samsung Galaxy J5 works OK but some time ago it stops to open automatically USB drives. On other smartpones these USB pens opens automatically. What could cause it?

The settings in the app that's opening it/ (Phones don't open drives, apps do.)
