Android won't let me into the admin end of my own site

[Android Central Question]

I have an online store which is no longer active but I keep it running for my own reference to look up old item pricing. As there's no meaningful data anyone could possibly want, it is not a secure site. Yet I'm unable to log into the admin end of it to review this data. With my Windows desktop and Chrome browser I have no problem but the Chrome browser on my LG android phone won't let me log in. Cookies are enabled but attempts to change the settings for that specific site to open it up do not make a difference. All android tells me is that it's "not safe and I should not enter passwords or other sensitive information." That should be MY choice, not the OS's choice. How can I get past this issue?

I don't get an error screen. After entering my id and pw it pauses as if it's logging in and then returns to the login screen again.

Does the same thing happen if you try in Incognito Mode? Are you using a VPN?
