How do i stop gaming adds on my ll

Hi all the time i get add coming up alot on my cell how i get rid of them please

Unfortunately these most likely come from an app you've installed. Problem with that is that you need to know which app so you can uninstall it. If they're coming on the lockscreen, chances are you'll see a cog icon or a menu button somewhere so that you can disable them. If they're pop ups, that's a little trickier.
