I can't pull down the task bar. Also, the home and recents bottom buttons stopped working

[Android Central Question]

i have a ZTE AT&T phone (kinda like a go phone) hade it less then a year. I can't pull down the task bar. Also, the home and recents bottom buttons stopped working (they glow I touch them they vibrate but nothing happens). These 3 things occurred after turning on my phone after it was turned off because it ran out of battery. tried reseting, rebooting, clearing cache partition nothing worked help me plz

Welcome to Android Central! Which ZTE phone do you have? When you say you reset it, do you mean a full factory data reset?

See if it happens in Safe Mode as well. The steps for the ZMax probably work for yours: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-27494
