Android Central Question

I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 and the problem described in the title. This means that I can only change the media's volume by unlocking the phone and manually using the arrow to move the slider on the media line. It's not possible with the side buttons. This happens even though Spotify is open and even though I made media volume the standard to change with the side buttons in the settings. Of course listening to music, this is very exhausting. The same counts for the ringer volume (only manually changeable), but I do not need it that often.

Meanwhile, I know that it is caused by a third-party app, because in safe mode everything works normally.

Does anyone know which (kind of) app / s can cause this? (I do not have Snapchat)

What is your setting here?

Thanks for answering. I don't have this precise option, I can set the kind of volume I want to change with the volume side keys, the choice is between "ring tone" and "media" (and as I wrote I've set it to "media"), but it really doesn't matter which one I choose, because the standard is always "call volume" when I use the volume keys, unfortunately.

This is what the settings look like for me. I'm sorry, it's German.
"Standardlautstärketastensteuerung" means "standard key control for volume"
(... yeah, I know)

This is the panel I am forced to open everytime I actually want to change the media volume.
"Gesprächslautstärke" is "call volume" - that's the one which is changing when I use the side buttons, which I don't want.
