When I push the power button on my phone to turn on t screen it pulls up the keypad for my pin

Every time I push the power button on my phone to turn on the screen, it pulls up the keypad for my pin. It is very annoying, especially when I'm only trying to turn on the screen to see notifications or the time. I have tried restarting my phone, resetting my pin and fingerprint settings, but when this became an issue I had changed nothing on my settings.

It may be a Lock Timer setting.
