Call Recording Recovery

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to recover a call recording file that i had almost 5 months ago. I use an application called "call recordings" from appliqato (link removed) but with app can only record up to 300 phone calls. Unfortunately, i lost the file because I did not save it.
My phone is Sony Xperia XZ and it has Android 8.0 and rooted. Do you think there is a way I can recover this particular phone call recording? I have tried many apps and software but I do not believe that are authentic and helpful.
Now I am at stage that my phone is at factory reset because I did the root and the all the data is back in my phone storage as i did the backup.

If you didn't ave the recording, it doesn't exist. If you mean you didn't back it up, contact Appliqato at support@appliqato.com and ask them where the file is, and the format of the file name, so you can recognize it when you see it.

The chances are that it's either in their folder in /data/data or it's in a database file there.
