Awful sound qualizy on internet apps

My problem is really weird: I bought a Huawei P20 pro like a month ago and there was a problem. I tried Firefox, Chrome, Dolphin, ... and I always had the same issue: The sound is really awful when I don't use headphones but is perfectly fine with it.

You may want to not wait past the exchange period for what sounds like a hardware problem. At least try to clear the cache partition and reboot to rule out a software boot glitch. Good luck.

It sounds like a bad speaker, but after a month, it may take a while to get it replaced. (In other words, the phone may sit in the shop for a while.) If you notice a problem as soon as you buy a phone, return it right then, Most places will replace the phone on the spot.
