Android Central Question

My phone pairs OK with Bluetooth in the car, I'm able to initiate phone calls using the functionality of the car. When the called party answers, the car displays the error:
"Call failed. An error has occurred."
The call is connected but active only on the phone the audio doesn't come through the Bluetooth.

When the phone receives an incoming call while paired with Bluetooth in the car. The car is oblivious to the incoming call, it can only be answered using the phone.

The phone is a Huawei Honor 5X (Android 6.0.1).
The car is from the VW group it has an Amundsen audio system.

The car works OK with other Android phones:
1) Samsung Galaxy A3 2017
2) Wileyfox Spark +

Go into Settings and search for feedback. Let them know. Maybe the fix will come in the update after next. (The Pixel 1 8.0.1 update had a Bluetooth problem too - they could be related.)
