Why does my FIRE HD10 not play some MP3 on the SD card

First I formatted the 64MB SDmicro card while mounted on the FIRE HD10. Then I took the SDmicro and mounted it on my Windows 10 desktop. Under the MUSIC folder on the SDmicro card, I copied several folders with MP3s from my Windows 10 desktop. I then mounted it back on the Fire HD10. The provided music App will play some of the MP3s and others it claims are either not accessible or there is an error while attempting to play it.

I checked the SDmicro card to make sure all the music was file typed MP3 (lower case). They were. I then accessed the SDmicro through the FIRE USB port with my desktop and tried to play one of the MP3 files using the Windows Media Player. It played fine so I'm assuming the failing MP3 data is OK. Can someone suggest what is wrong?

I didn't try every MP3 file under an album folder, but I would claim that the problem occurs for the entire album. If any MP3 plays than all MP3s in the album will play. If any of the MP3s fail under an album than all will fail.
