also have a randomly timed notification sound. Do we know what this is and how to stop it?

[Android Central Question]

I know it's not my alarm as it makes a different sound to my alarm and it goes off at random times.
I used to own an I phone and it had a Similar thing happen after I started using a music app ( not apple) and I updated my phone and a security alarm would go off when I used this music app from then on. One of the reasons I changed to Android.
