I want to play audio in both internal Speaker and Bluetooth headset at same time.

I want to use my bluetooth earphone (that's paired to my phone) and at the same time the phone (that i leave it around)'s speaker also play. Can I do that?

Not unless you develop and app to do it. I don't think I've ever seen any "Tee" app that will yet.

There are Bluetooth speaker splitters - external hardware, but just for listening, you can't stream to multiple devices. You can have the headset set for Phone and the speaker set for Media (by turning off Media for the headset).
