Electric noisy sound came from my earphone jack when i touch the screen sound

My smartphone is Huawei y9 2018...I have been facing a issues on my phones earphone jack...the problem is an electric noise came every single time when i touch the screen and when the screen touch is on and even when i play or watch a video...but the fact is it dont create any sound while listening or watching a video..the problem occured when i finished to a listen a music then the electric noise came from my earphon... And its just like a popping sound...is that a software bug or it could be a hardware issues???

It could be either one. Have you tried different earphones?
