Lost video

I lost a video on my huawei p10 lite. Cant find it through recovery .it is like it never existed on my phone it just dissapeared. What happened and how can i take it back ?

Was it saved to an SD Card? If so, chances are the card is already damaged/corrupted. If it disappeared from internal memory, it might have been a corrupted file, accidentally deleted, or hidden to a secure folder perhaps. If deleted (either accidentally or due to damaged files), there is no way to recover it unless it was previously backed up elsewhere (another physical copy or a cloud service like Photos or Dropbox).

Yes it was in sd. I did a full recovery i found all my other deleted stuff except this video. If it was corrupted or something i would see is as a destroyed file

Already sent you the private message, but nope, not necessarily. SD cards are finicky and unreliable, so the file might be unrecoverable and wouldn't show in recovery apps/programs.
