What is SE status on my phone?

I think someone has put something on my phone it isn't right it's a brand new s9 and it hasn't been right since a couple weeks after I got it can someone please help me to get this issue or issues fixed???

If you think your phone is compromised, go to a pc and change your Google account password and enable 2fa. Unless you're sure you can uninstall the added malware, a factory reset is needed. Do not sync. Install your apps manually, leaving out any unrecognized ones. Good luck
