I had to send my pixel 2 in for warranty. They were great. Sent me a 2day FedEx label and off the phone went. They received it 9 days ago. I need my phone. There was a reason I got it in the first place!

I've emailed several times and called twice since they received. I get the same BS, you'll receive the phone in 2-5 business days. It still hasn't shipped.

Is there a better phone number or email to use than what is on Google's site? A particularly helpful Google employee I might be able to contact? They're friendly, and helpful. Or, at least they seem that way. I'm feeling duped by their seemingly friendly demeanor.
