From what site are you downloading from?

Emulated storage is /storage/emulated/0. The physical SD card is /storage/emulated/1. They should both be mounted on /mnt. If you formatted the card as internal storage, it just got added to the end of /storage/emulated/0 - there's no /storage/emulated/1. (Android runs on Linux, so if you want to get that deep into the storage, you have to learn a little Linux.)

Otherwise - formatting the SD card as internal means that you just have "storage", not an internal sd card and an external sd card. Music will be downloaded to sdcard/Downloads or sdcard/Music, usually. (Which means /storage/emulated/0/Downloads or /storage/emulated/0/Music.)
