I can hardly think of a better way of destroying your app. It costs money, it's dishonest, and people will easily see that the reviews are fake. As well as losing money, you'll lose credibility, respect, reputation, and the work that you put into the app will have been wasted. What's not to like? Go for it

Also, you may be judged by other Moderators to be an unwelcome member of our community for even raiisng the subject.

The only acceptable way to "buy" a good review is to pay for it by making a good app that makes actual users want to give it a good rating.

You can't buy a review on a site that's trusted by users. The reason the site is trusted is that the reviews are honest. If the app is no good, the review will says so.

As Mooncatt said, the only way to "buy" a good review is by developing a good app and producing it well.
