Why is Google taking unauthorized deductions out of my bank account on a regular monthly basis?

Why is Google taking my money without my consent? I have no games that require a $7.99 payment withdrawal.

You should be getting a receipt that gives the transaction details.
If you need more info, you need to contact Google.

Look at gmail for any receipts, which should tell you what the charges are for. In the mean time, talk to your bank about trying to block those charges. They may be able to prevent it from going through while you try to sort this out.
