im a Windows phone converter. which OnePlus is best for me?

I've seen some reviews that this phone is good for a Windows phone converter due to its pure and simple Android system. Do I go straight to the newest 6 or is a 3t or 5 better?

That depends on you - but the 6 has more than the 3 or the 5. Or you can get a Pixel 2 for even less, purer Android (as pure as it gets) and more updates, more frequently. ("More frequently" as in the first Monday of every month.) And I'm already running Q beta (which you'd have to wait for the OnePlus 7 to get).
