Can you add a files folder or a file to the Home screen?

I was wondering if you can add a shortcut to a file or folder in my files on a note9 onto the home screen that can quickly take you to that file/folder.

On My Files, locate the file/folder and long press, open Menu, there should have "Add shortcut" option?
