Honor 10 App isn't installed issue

[Android Central Question]

Whenever i try to open any application (camera,gallery,play store etc) the error message 'app isn't installed' pops up. The only thing i could open is settings but everything else pops up with the error message. I dont know whats wrong. How may i fix this issue. Thanks

So nothing works on your phone except the settings menu?
