Nabi Dreamtab has "password to decrypt storage" as main screen. What do I do?

So I bought a very cheap Nabi Dreamtab, DTM AB-NV08B model, from Walmart (now I see why it was cheap) and it has an encrypted password to get into it that was not done by me but whoever bought it and took it back. I tried factory reset. Right after the factory reset, to got stuck on the character screen. I turned it off, and rebooted it, still has the encryption. How do I get passed the encryption or come up with a neutral password to get in and turn it off?
