Why does my s8 plus keep muting the key/touch sounds?

The system volume keeps muting by itself. I slide the system volume slider to full and sometimes by the time I take my finger off the screen it slides back down to mute. Other times it will stay for days or even a week or so but will eventually mute itself again. Not really a problem but it's super annoying

Maybe your confusing it with media volume?

Nah bro. It's the system volume that it's happening to. When I lock or unlock the phone it makes no sound or when I type the keys make no sound. I've had no problem with media sounds or anything like that.

Those sounds ,unlock or typing is in settings>sounds scroll down see if they toggled on.

Yeah that is strange, have you tried to reboot the phone?

Yes I have done that without success. I'm wondering could it be the theme I'm using as I've had a theme before that made my calendar blank. I'm going to try using the original theme I had and see if it still does it. I doubt it but Worth a try i guess. I want to avoid formatting the phone lol
