I used to have an iphone and when I got a message for my page, it would show on my messenger badge....I'd click on it and it would take me to me page messages. I had to get a new phone and it still shows a badge with a '1' message in messenger but when I click on it, it takes me to a page where it says 'dark mode'....'secret conversation'....'active status'....all that but my pages don't show, where on the iphone they would show right under 'dark mode' and I could click on my page and open the message.
No, it registers I have a message in my 'chats' page at the top with a '1' on my badge but when i click it........nothing. I have to go through Facebook, click on my page, click on messages etc etc to open any message sent to my page and ok, that works but.....the '1' on my chats page never clears. I bought another phone for other reasons and it's doing exactly the same thing. How do I clear that '1' from that first time I got a message on my page???????
