I don't know how my cellphone became 'rooted'
I want to get rid off it, as some apps don't open, giving a warning 'your device is rooted'

    Anyone, please help

Your phone doesn't spontaneously root itself. What makes you believe the device is rooted? If there is strange behavior it probably an app causing you problems. Tell us more about what it's doing, not doing, why you think it's rooted and maybe we can help you.

Update: I just looked this device up and it's 4 years old. There are tons of videos on YouTube about it have you searched there also? That 4K mAh battery must be pretty nice on something that small.
