Android Central Question

Hi, recently I've been watching a lot of videos on my phone, mostly on Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. Every once in a while, the screen will react as though I've tapped the screen (triggering the play/pause UI). I thought this might be caused by a new wireless charger I purchased recently fluctuating, but today when watching Netflix I got a prompt saying "Unable to take screenshot due to security settings." even though I didn't attempt to take a screenshot. Has anyone encountered this before? Is it possible there's malware on my phone taking screenshots and doing something malicious with them? Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If it's a Samsung, perhaps a phantom touch is being generated that makes the phone think you're trying to do a palm-swipe screen capture. Phantom touches might be generated by a problematic wireless charger, or also a poorly fitting screen protector.
