[S10] is May really the latest update?

My Galaxy S10 claims it is on the latest version, but it only has the May security patch.
Is that really the latest update?
My current SIM is on Virgin Mobile (Bell), but I think the phone was originally purchased from Rogers. I'm not sure if that would make a difference.

It could be that your carrier is delaying the update because most are starting to see July patch .
